Recruitment Methodology:
Our team of consultants handles each step of every assignment following the highest ethical standards.
1) Obtaining Job Description from Client
The first step is collection of the exact Job Description (“JD”) from the client. The JD sets out the exact job specification, salary range, reporting structure, numbers of staff required, and other key terms and conditions of the proposed employment. RMi provides the client with our terms and conditions and a Specimen Contract.
2) Shortlisting Possible Candidates
After receiving the JD, and upon acceptance of RMi’s terms and conditions by the client, we shortlist suitable resumes from our vast database to meet the client's specifications and requirements.
In the event that we do not have enough candidates on file who matching the client requirements, we post the requirements on our website (www.rmikw.com) and also place an advertisement in leading newspapers.
3) Communicating with Suitable Candidates
Once details of suitable candidates are collated from our database and other resources, we contact all suitable candidates with news of the job opening and gain their permission to forward their profile to the client.
4) Forwarding shortlisted resume to the client
After careful shortlisting we forward a complete set of resumes to the Client for review and evaluation.
We request the client to send us the names of their preferred candidates, whom they would like RMi to invite to interview.
5) Organizing Interviews & Screening Sessions
Once we receive the client’s list of shortlisted candidates, we organize interviews in accordance with the client's schedule.
RMi uses video-conferencing as required if the candidate cannot attend an interview in person.
RMi can also provide detailed reports and employment recommendations if the client or client representative cannot interview the candidate in person.
6) Further Formalities
After the client’s final selection of a candidate for employment, RMi undertakes all required documentation including preparation of a formal offer letter for the candidate, and documentation of all terms, conditions and remuneration.
RMi also arranges the candidate’s Medical Examination and qualifications check. RMi assembles the candidates’ Medical Fitness report and a certified copy of qualifications, plus passport details, and past employment references.
7) Mobilization
RMi keeps the candidates informed about visa status so the candidates can prepare for departure and deployment in an orderly manner. RMi takes responsibility for all travel arrangements and formalities upon receipt of visa endorsement.
8) Orientation briefing for Candidates
RMi provides a detailed pre-departure briefing for each candidate concerning their employer, working conditions, and details of required financial and administrative arrangements for the position (banking details, etc.).
