Corporate Structure
RMi separates the roles of Chairman and Managing Director. The Chairman of RMi ensures the Board operates effectively in strategic planning, performance monitoring, risk identification, and compliance monitoring.
RMi has a Main Board responsible for the routine operations of the company. This consists of Chairman Taher Mohammed, Managing Director, Operations Director, and Business Development Director.
RMi also has a Full Board consisting of the Main Board plus ten Non-Executive Directors who advise on strategy and risk in each country of operation. The Full Board meets quarterly.

RMi exists to generate profit by creating and delivering valued and reliable services for our customers.
We provide integrated project support solutions for our clients, and we recognise we can only stay in business by providing high-quality reliable services at a competitive price.
We seek to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by providing customised solutions, bundling as many services together as possible, maintaining close client relationships, and providing excellent project delivery capabilities.
"Excellent project delivery capability" means recruiting and retaining strong and experienced Project Managers and Camp Bosses. Above all, ours is a people business, and without these key individuals in place to execute and implement projects, all our strategic planning is rather meaningless.
In providing our services we help spread prosperity in the countries in which we work, by employing local workers, sub-contractors and suppliers. We treat them with respect, and pay them on time.
We think the positive social benefits of conducting business in developing economies have often been underestimated, and there is a beneficial economic “multiplier” effect when we work with local suppliers and small businesses in developing countries.
Local partnerships complement our business objectives within our chosen countries of operation, and our partnering approach builds long-term valuable relationships with local suppliers and businesses that benefit both RMi and our clients.
We train staff to a high standard so they can deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Approach to Risk
RMi does not maintain a thick unthumbed Risk Management manual merely to impress auditors or prospective clients.
We manage risk by undertaking an analysis for each project of threats and controls as they pertain to the specific countries and market sectors in which we operate.
We ensure we are fully aware of local legislation and regulations as they apply to our operations in each country we work within.
Staff awareness
We provide a simple Code of Conduct for all our staff and ensure they read it before starting work.
Code of Conduct training is also provided in our staff induction course, and refresher courses are provided every year.
