Resource Management International is active in a number of countries but based in Kuwait.  Our current focus is the emerging oil services market in Iraq.

Resource Management International “RMi” was formed as a division of Al Waseet Travel and Tourism which, after providing support services for 10 years to the remote site support industry, felt it could provide turnkey support services for remote project sites.

RMi is a Remote Site Support company that provides integrated support services, not just on the ground, but at the earliest stages of business formation and site selection within a new target country.

As the company name implies, RMi was formed with the objective of managing logistics and resources efficiently on an international basis to provide high-quality services at a competitive price.

The resources we source, provide, and integrate include manpower, international procurement, transport, logistics, and the full spectrum of remote site support services.

Business Formation and Registration Services 

RMi offers new business formation and registration services for foreign companies wishing to enter the MENA oilfield services or oil extraction market.

With excellent business and political contacts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Tunisia (and our home base of Kuwait), we can offer advisory, planning, bid management, and project execution services for foreign companies seeking to enter these countries.

We can introduce new entrants (e.g. small and mid-size oilfield service and technical clients based in the United States or Canada) to high-level business sponsors who can act as the registration vehicle for their entry into these countries in 2011.

We apply our skills in purchasing, logistics, and manpower supply to develop customised project support solutions to clients working in remote or inaccessible regions of the world, where supply infrastructure may be lacking or deficient.

Our business model is to integrate and bundle related services together, smoothing a client's market entry and  reducing our client's need to manage multiple sub-contractors during construction
and subsequent operation of the camp or
facility.

This allows our clients to concentrate fully on their core business.

Proven track record

RMi provides volume labour supply to remote sites, in both skilled and unskilled labour categories. 

Our Operations Director has placed over 15000 workers in labour sites, oil rigs, and military camps and associated Dining Facilities (DFACs). 

He supplied volume labour to worksites within Iraq  Afghanistan, Chad, Kyrgyzstan, UAE, Libya , Bulgaria in the period 2003 – 2010 for the following clients:
